Charlotte Amalie is the capital and largest city of the United States Virgin Islands with a population just under 20,000.
The harbor and coastline is quite pretty, but, for the most part, I found the town itself too touristy, too average, and quite boring.
Since we didn't go into town in 2018, perhaps it has changed for the better...
